  • Whenever i make a curve and want to continue with a sharp edge, the pen wont let me. After a curve, even if a do not drag the mouse at all, it still continues the curve even when i want it to be straight. Please help!

  • Thankyou

  • thanks for this. I am working on a school project and this was very helpful! I didnt know PS had this on it, I thought AI was the only one that had it. You saved me a lot of stress. thanks again.

  • Happy to hear it.

    Very Welcomed.

  • Glad I could help. ^_^

  • Unforuantly, to my knowledge, Adobe has yet to add that feature. But it sure would help. For now, you must experiment. Each curve that has a point @ it center, you will define the thickness based on the distance between it's hooks. Adding more points (with hooks) will help thin it out. But since it's already too thin, then try as I do. On a seprate layer (in a group if possible) add another stoke from that pentool path. Only this time don't apply preassure and decrease your brush size. ;)

  • Thanks, i was drawing a face however if you use the default 3px brush it makes sketching very messy and unsightly, then I decided to try pen tool, it came out much better... although is there way to control the amount of pen pressure simulation? Sometimes it just doesn't draw a line at all....

  • GREAAAT ! thank u very muchc , that's really helpful =)
