  • @2528997 Alright this is just a recommendation. If you want to film her friends about this you might need a release form about it because if some of her friends dont liked to be video taped then thats a major problem and i noticed this comment is a year ago but im just saying the facts.

  • The comment about "don't worry about public areas.... you don't need any permits...." may NOT always be the case. It's becoming more and more difficult to film in public places without having a police officer or other official moving you on, if you have not obtained a filming permit from the local authority.

  • I'm shooting with a HMC 150 I think thats going to be a problem don't you? Lol digital Cameras..

  • how do you make these forms I need some. I'm makeing a doc in a month...

  • Great video!

Do you have a standard release form we could use?

  • thank you!!!

  • thanx!

  • Thank you! You made this so easy and you answered all my questions.

  • I wasn't aware of location releases, so thank you. I've Googled "documentary release form" and many samples came up. There are forms that also include a line for an adult if the interviewee is under 18. I've seen a Discover channel crew in action and the field producer asks everybody who was in the shot to sign a form.

  • cheers man a nice straight forward answer to this issue, thanks mate.
