  • Congratulations on the solo. 2 things, DCA doesn't have 162, its a 152, you might wanna edit that, and 2 I left DCA a month before your solo, I don't even know if I met you, but good luck. I like how Bob (the air traffic controller) switched runways on you.

  • just a slip of the finger, i know its a 152

  • First solos never get old.

  • Nice. I flew that airplane when it was at SFB.

  • Congratulations, i did my first solo at that airport to. Runway 27 L.

  • First solo with top gun music.. haha... Must be nice, perhaps I will do this at some point!

  • dam, do you not know how to hold a camera steady? lol i got dizzy

  • Should have said FOX 2.

  • what is the name of the song that started to play in the beginning?

  • Hopefully by the time you get this comment you have your checkride behind you. Slow down on taxiing for the foxes sake! Good video!

  • I had the same thing happen to me on my second solo-the crosswinds were gusting to 20+. Not a very comfortable feeling when you are up at 4,000 feet and having to make some changes on your final. Still shakes me up thinking about it.
