2001 1000 is the bike to have, i have one w/21.000 mi. and still eats twins for breatfast lunch and dinner! ZOOM ZOOM for reel.

2009-1985 does equal 24 numerically, but that would be 25 years of different models.
Think of it this way, 2000-1998 may be 2, but that's three model years: the 1998, 1999, and 2000.
