Bear in mind that Flex is 18 weeks out from Mr Olympia at this point. His cutting phase had just began but what a real gentleman. The stage he jumped from is probably 8-9 feet high, just so he could give his fans a better look. Planet Bodybuild made the motherfucking house rock!

@kongbaws you have not a clue, any idea what weight Flex walks about during off season. I had pics taken with him and I know what size my arms are, his dwarfed mine. We are regularly in contact so please don't contradict when you know fuck all. I am a competeing bodybuilder therefore suggest you keep mindless, idiotic, knowledgeless comments to yourself. I would imagine your arms are the same size as your cock & brain.................tiny!

he's not huge till his arms are at least 20in & weighs at least 196 lbs. He's got loads of potential & can b a welsh lee priest. Go flex!

At the time of filming this, Flex was around 250 lbs and his arms were 23". I know this for a fact, as, mine are 19.5" and I was standing next to him, most of the day. He's a superb guy, the nicest IFBB Pro I've met, yet.
