Wow. I created a video about preservation of covered bridges. Hmmmm...perhaps---? they are not doing the job anymore? Any thoughts?

As someone who loves covered bridges, this sucks! However, if you are a Covered Bridges freak like me, check out the 'Covered Bridges' app in the iTunes App Store. Find more bridges you love, that havent been destroyed :( Cheers!

What is not seen or mentioned is how far above the river the bridge was on a normal day, which would give an idea as to how high the water was. If I remember correctly, it was at least 15 feet? Ii may be wrong.

@upnorthone1 Easily 15 feet - probably twice that I'd guess? It had a rope swing underneath it most summers.
