Host David T. English and crew attempt to bring The Unemployment Show to life. Part 3 of Episode 1 includes the first half of Dave's amazing interview with Lucky Leroy the Shoe Man (aka Paul Leroy Gehres) who discusses everything from his quilts to golfing in Harlem.
@flinny4 thanks! lessons learned. We also learned this lesson: don't start drinking blackberry brandy at 6 pm when the show starts taping at 11. Though I was introduced in the opening credits as, "with Dave always: Don "the Dragon" Orkoskey"

@UnemploymentShow I think my comment was more on the fact that you were sitting there and never introduced until much later. I was like, "Who is this dude?" You can consider me an expert. I worked on the premiere season of the Tony Danza talk show.

@flinny4 - agreed, a puppet would be a great sidekick. Oh and you'll see that Don (who manages the youtube by the way so in other words - I) am no longer in sidekick roll in episode 1.5 or from here on out.
Lots of people asked us why I was there. We just didn't have that Conan / Andy vibe going and I was too drunk to do "yes-sirs" ala Ed McMahon all night. Dave's a better host when working alone and we needed some behind the camera help, besides I've always wanted to direct.

Is this guy a puppet? Which reminds me. You should get puppets on your talk show. Not to knock Don or anything, but a puppet sidekick would really up the ante a bit.
