Concrete 5 works great and as long as you can change permissions and have MySQL installed you should have no problem using it.

I really admire these guys.
I've demo'd c5 and it rocks. But not sure if it'll work on a cheap shared account like godaddy or hostgator.
Just wish i had a geek brain to play with
