  • An extract of red wine grapes called transmax resveratrol mimics the effects of caloric restriction, that is activation of the sirtuins or so-called longevity genes with the need to suffer constant hunger. Biotivia scientists have also discovered that intermittent fasting, that is fasting one of two days a week but not actually reducing total caloric intake, induces these sirtuins better than continuos caloric restriction.

If you your are taking 2000 or less calories a day. The less calories the better.

  • I really hope they succeed in making this pill.

    btw I got a question.

If hypothetically I take this pill and it boosts my lifespan by 30% then I also cut my diet from 2500 down to 1500 will I live more then 30% longer?

  • I do drink red wine, though not of course a thousand glasses a day. But I suppose I could take supplements.

I like food, and while I am losing weight, I just don't see myself enjoying a CR diet. Resveritrol it is.

  • very interesting indead!

  • Does this mean that by taking in my 2000 calories a day and burning them would still set off the sress response?

  • great video

  • ROLF eating 750 calories a day is easy

thats how much ieat a day and i feel full already

  • The problem is how do you stop the hunger cravings..
