Walmart Store 5450 Personal Sustainability

Walmart Store 5450 PSP Personal Sustainability project with Richard Simmons. Through a collaborative effort, our PSP efforts using the Richard Simmons Lighten Up Diet and Exercise program has helped overweight coworkers to lose over 2000 pounds. In thanks to Richard, and to support his Strengthening Physical Education Act of 2007 bill H.R. 1224 calling to strengthen physical education as part of the NCLB (No Child Left Behind Act), we are planning Richard Simmons Nature trails in every state in the US to help children and parents get fit together while enjoying the environment. The first one will be in Maryland.

In January and Feb I lost 30 lbs and have kept it off. It's been interesting to see how little changes affect things in a big way. I hope to make bigger lifestyle changes in the next year! More on that later!
