7:13 That no-eyebrows freak (who probably watched Pink Floyd's 'The Wall' one too many times) had plenty of time to react. His burns should have been worse than that judging by how long he was in the fire. The scene reminds me of the "last boss fight" from Cobra. The Sandman's demonic voice is even somewhat similar to the Night Slasher.
