This is a story that is repeated in every state. The lawmakers love to show they are TOUGH on crime but never take accountability for being SMART on crime. At great expense to many lives and burden to all taxpayers, this continues. The conversations about legal sexuality should certainly start at home between families. Schools should also take responsibility for real education about the ramifications of sex. Not just disease and pregnancy. We have a channel that offers some help.

Hang in there son. Hopefully there will be changes in the future.Moms, keep your girls under control. Sometimes THEY are the problem and other times definately not, yet the law is applied equally in all situations. That's not right and we all know it.
