i kno right, i have thick ish lips as in the height of my lips, and they r quite full as in volume, but i have really small mouth i would love to have it bigger

wider mouth or wider as in more pink show? maybe you want a lip roll, or advance, but that flattens the border and looks strange if the surgeon is an idiot.

Is there no way to widen lips? I always hear about methods to make lips look plump or fuller, but what about wider?
