Great fusion of veggies you'll probably have in your fridge or larder - mixed with the indian element of Gram flour (Chick Pea flour).

  • m transitioning my lifestyle which includes becoming a vegetarian. Its going to b hard but I m not giving up. Been searching for good vegetarian recipes. This will definitely help me.

    Thank u!

  • @drakendrones : Thats awesome! Going veggie is not hard, really - it's easy! Look around on the net and youtube for veggie recipes and ideas.. or message me with any questions about vegetarianism you might have (being life veggie and vegan now). :)

  • Can I bake instead of frying it with cooking spray and what would be the bes one choise?

  • @islam4eternity : you could, they'll be drier (as baked). You'd need to add a little oil in the mixture if you want to bake. Oil isn't bad, use a little, we're not frying them, only using it help cook. Good luck :)

  • I would think that olive oil or canola would be healthier than vegetable oil, as we know it.

  • Depends.. usually veg. oil over in the UK is from rapeseed (this is Canola) - which is good on omega 6 & 3.

  • Hey!

Loved your recipe. Excellent comment "use your hands".

adding pepper has given it a chilli enchancement flavour.

I am from India and here this receipe is called cutlet and not patty. for Indians patties are made out of dough stuffed with vegetables or chiken.

Nevertheless excellent addition of chik pea flour.

Will follow you for more receipes.
