This was Friday, June 24th's workout...

I warmed up to 397.5 lbs...then hit some speed bench with 225 lbs for 3 sets of triples and then 245 lbs x 3 sets of triples. Then I moved on to loose reverse-bands with Elite's short light bands.

Still felt fatigued a bit from my last workout...so I didn't push it too hard. Just hit my baby PR's and called it a day.

  • GOO STUFF!!!

  • Nice work Randy! You're getting up there with those bands man!!

  • Good workout bro, at least you walked away with a PR

  • Wow. It's taken me a year to get my bench 1 rep max up to 250lbs again. This guy throws it around like +400lbs as I do with 40lbs. Wish I had his strength! :)

  • that is huge man well done.

  • where did you get your 1.25 pound plates?

  • Great workout my friend. I think those short band benches will help you break through psychological aswell as physical plateaus. Stay strong(er)!
