Isaac has been working on his Jin Do (Crane form) for a while now. "Forms" are dance like sequences of martial arts moves, some over a thousand years old. They are part of most Asian based defensive arts and are also known as: hyung, hyeong, kata, poomsae, pumsae... you get the picture. They movements may be stylized, but every gesture represents a real fighting move.

Master Poppo has pushed Isaac's forms to a new level, while Master Bonsignore has refining them further. Jin Do will probably continue to be his tournament form for this season as Isaac works out the last few ragged bits.

Isaac earned first place for this form. Thanks again to Master Del Sordo and Hwang's Karate for the chance to compete.
