So how a the bottom and the deck actually lamented. Do they use heat for this cause I notice they put the slick on but don't actually show the whole application I can't seem to find this anywhere

hola,
Core was XPS foam (extruded polystirene)
Bottom was HIPS sheet (high impact polyestirene)
Deck and rails are just EVA foam sheet (ethyl vinyl acetate).
The whole thing glued with EPS contact cement.
