Aside from the fact that her accent isn't Japanese at all, it's one of the Slavic accents (ie: Russia, Ukraine, etc). The thing she's 'going on about' is the fall of NOVA Corperation in Japan. Nova was the largest private English school companies in Japan, also the most corrupt. It was hated by MOST of its employees (Japanese and English speakers) as well as students. It wasn't paying employees, it was falsifying documents, changing contracts, and many many worse things.
