Basketball on Carrauntoohil Ireland

The Highest basketball shots ever taken in Ireland on top of Carrauntoohil, County Kerry, Ireland. At 1039 metres by the Carraig na bhFear Rebels basketball Club from Cork. Kate Howard was the first person to score a basket on Top of Carrauntohil. Unfortunately the rebounders failed to catch the ball on the 9th Shot & the ball went flying down the mountain on the Curved Gulley side. Luckily another climber from theSpa Glen area of Mallow kindly rescued our ball on his descent that day and returned our lucky ball "C" ball for future events aka Championship finals.
