MS Surface Blogger Day 1: Hands on with Surface!

This its really awesome

Microsoft was working on this before the iphone came out. It has nothing to do with copying the iphone.

so far I can see why Microsoft seems so hung up on integrating multi-touch into Windows 7, but at the same time, for someone who doesn't need this interaction it seems like it'd add quite a bit to the bloat factor... Vista already required many people to upgrade their hardware in order to maintain a good user experience, I can only imagine what sort of hardware it'd take to upgrade to an operating system with this kind of technology inside.

I still think if it wasnt for apple and multitouch things like this wouldnt be as good as they are.
