When I got the email that Mauromedia uploaded a video, I first thought "yes!!! Mike finally uploaded another one of his wildlife shoots" but I guess he didn't :( Thought that was disappointing, I really like the SOL product here, great package.

They really could have chosen a better acronym...SOL Shit Out of Luck. Not something you want from a survival pack.

It's a neat starter survival kit with most of the basic survival needs covered, but it's lacking a lot of stuff that a kit assembled from individual retail components could do better. I suppose there is plenty of extra space inside the kit to add your own supplemental items like life boat matches, a fresnel lens, etc.

P.S: The SOL Origin, is nice, i'll think about getting one :)
