A quick and dirty look into YouTube's leanback feature.

Seems to kick vimeo's couch mode in the balls a bit. Well at least in combination w/ the Android app https://market.android.com/details?id=com.google.android.ytremote&feature...

You can browse playlists, recommendations, channels etc. It even has volume control, which is triggered by the controls on your device--sweet.

You don't even have to do anything complicated to connect the app to your browser. You just have to be logged in with the same account on both devices.

Sidenote: I know focus is a bit shabby here an there, demoing and filming at the same time isn't something I'm used to yet. I cut a bit of the loading times of videos out because my DSL isn't the broadest pipe in town.
