I remember a yellow background with some more uppity music a couple years before this for the Early Movie.
By this time, though, after moving from Minnesota to SanFran, and then back to NYC, I was seeing "The 4:30 Movie" on Channel 7. Nothing like Joe Raposo and the "Moving Pictures" theme along with the spinning cameraman.

This is GREAT! It would even be Cooler if it was exactly a week earlier, WED MAY 10th 1978 when WDIO ran my favorite Japanese monster movie "GODZILLA VS. THE THING" (Godzilla vs Mothra) for the very first time!
