I plan on getting the galaxy. I hate small phones and touch screens because I have big fingers. The device is big but small enough to fit in my pocket. Big enough for me to easily find it when I set it down.  I think it's pure genius. I know they'll go away from making this in between size device so I'm going to get it while I can.

Also, why does everyone think this is a copy of the iPad? It's a PHONE. Besides that, there are MANY devices released waay before the iPad that have similar characteristics and are better in many ways. Just that Apple have hypnotised the average Joe into thinking that they are the creator of everything in the universe.
