@AManofSorrows Of course I know about religion,I was raised as a baptist until [ saw what it was,wishful thinking and big business.As for the intelligent man to believe in anything biblical is something worth questioning.As for the vatican,the least said about it the better.

And by the way...what does Larry David celebrate at Christmas? Hannukah! That most atheistic of holidays. The reason we Jews pan other faiths is because we are contemptuous of other faiths. Religion was not created it was adopted and has evolved into spirituality. How did the Viking religion dominate mankind? How did Taoism dominate mankind? or Shinto? or Wicca? or even Satanism? For all its faults Roman Catholicism has given us literacy, universities to explore learning, courts to dispense justice and laws to protect the vulnerable. Islam has given us science, numeracy, architecture and commerce. Where would we be with atheism? Still in f***ing caves you morons!

@TheTomtuffy Belief evolves among the evolved. Who are you to say what my belief is? You don't know me and you clearly don't know religion either. The Vatican has among its number the most eminent scientists of our age and they are every bit as questioning as atheists. Where atheists go wrong is that they disbelieve everything about religion when the intelligent man would say, hey some of this is worth looking at but the rest maybe ought to be consigned to historical context.

According to statistics you are mistaken. Religion is growing faster than it ever has. You may base your assertion on your perception of western culture or your particular place in that landscape, but you are simply wrong. Religion isn't exactly dying in the west, but it isn't really growing either. Look at the other parts of the world where the exact opposite is true. Whatever, this is youtube, and people feel like being assholes 24/7 so I don't know why I bother.

@whauffend Don't worry religion is slowly dying,people are getting wise to it including jews,look at the strife it has caused in the middle east in our lifetime alone.America will continue its support of Israel whoever the next president is and Palestine will be put on hold again,all for the jewish vote in the US.
