divinekeyed - Prices in the UK are varying a lot. sometimes the px3 is more expensive than the 330 and vice versa. I know because I am about to trial one at home and keep looking on the net. It can make a diference of £150 max. Gear4music - usually cheapest do an extended 60 day trial for a small fee However at the moment they want £599 for a 330 when an Edinburgh shop wants £499.One shop told me that the PX3 sound are much better than the 330 so I posted a request today to see if thats true.
Thanks Daniel, I am looking to buy this or the PX 330, mostly for home use so the built in amp in the 330 would be useful. However I hear that the PX3 sounds are better quality. I am very fussy about electric pianos amd rotary organs ! Have you played the 330 and how do its sounds compare to this ? Nice playing and thanks a lot.
@Chroniclesforever The keys are finished to feel like ivory (Real ivory piano keys have a satin-like off-white finish that is really comfortable to play even if your fingers get sweaty and sticky). Compared to glossy plastic keys they make playing a digital piano feel much more authentic. It's a nice feature for someone who learned and has played on ivories, but is an unnecessary luxury if you are looking to save money.
@DANUNIVERSAL that and there are a bunch of effects, and zone options on the px-3 unlike the 330. the px-3 is designed or a stage musician, 330 can be used on stage but is better suited for home use than the px-3 is.
@Pianocarneseur12 They do not declare exactly what piano they used, but the say that "a high quality world class grand piano", so it should be Steinway or something similar like Bechstein or Schimmel.

Does anyone know what "Ivory touch" means? Is it just that the keys have a mate finish?
