Turtles in Time done quick, finishing with an in-game time of 10:15. The in-game timer is bugged, however. If it would work correctly, it'd display the time as either 16:15 or 16:21.
Played on normal difficulty. Uses the PAL version of the game, which is slightly slower than its NTSC counterpart. Recorded using Snes9X v1.51. Played in real-time. No savestates were harmed in the creation of this video.

Shout-outs to Nitsuja for his awesome TAS, and to Mikwuyma for his great speedrun.
@ZEBASS Thank you for the compliment.
Basically, for every multiple of 16 your time has in its minute or seconds counter, the game substracts 6. For example, an actual time of 17:49 would show as 11:31, a time of 17:47 would show as 11:35 and a time of 15:56 would show as 15:38.

This is impressive. It totally looks like a TAS!!
By the way, do you know exactly _how_ is the ingame clock messed up? I've been playing this a lot recently and everytime I feel I play better and faster, I keep getting worse times in the ending :S
