Les talked about how he didn't like to sing though at this point they were trying to get him to anyway. He much preferred just playing bass. I think he could have been a decent singer.

For me it's a find memory of the Bunnymen because I really like them--even if they didn't like the song. I think it may be retroactive disappointment that it wasn't the hit they hoped for.
