I know its to late for the lets play but anyone who gets the ring of FAVOR EQUIP IT AND NEVER TAKE it off its one of the best rings in the game.

YOU WANT to have 40 end + Favor = 192 stamina on every character its very important

btw dont incrases it higher than 40 it caps at 40.
