Immense respect pour tous ceux qui ont bossé sur cet projet. Mais l'édifice ne s'accorde pas du tout avec le paysage. Quand est-ce que les architectes comprendront une bonne fois pour toutes que le béton est un matériau moche, froid et monotone.
