Ive been to Numerous Chiropractors over the years for my condition and ive never gotten any Pain relief from any of them . From learning alot more researching and learning about Human Anatomy and how the body works, i realize most of the treatments Chiros did on me Lacked any Logical basis or common Sense. They were clueless fools with No understanding of how the body work

These are the specialists among the chiropractors. Those who dont have these title dont have the experience and the knowledge who are just scam like you said below.

@D4rkStealth I'm 17 and in December of last year I bulged a disc during a wrestling tournament. When I finally went and got it checked out they said I could no longer play Football and Wrestling. If you want to I say go for it, you've had stenosis all your life. However, you now know you are more prone to a larger problem which i can tell you sucks. Good luck!

you serious? can we communicate here? i am 34 and I have degenerative disease, stenosis,herniation and sciatic nerve compression are some of the gifts I got
Good explanation for foraminal stenosis, but you don't mention anything about central canal stenosis. Disc height doens't increase either because you drink more water, although it's still a good idea to remain hyrdated. The disc receives it's nutrients through a process called imbibition. Exercise and chiropractic is the best for spinal hygeine and the only way to promote imbibition. This still won't rehydrate a degenerated disc though. The idea here is prevention.

@gtube22 ,
Agreed. Decompression therapy is useful here as well. Outside of that, muscular balance and stabilization is the majority of the focus in these cases.
