Hay muchas personas en Youtube que editan videos con consignas Nazis y en contra de otras minorías. Principalmente en Europa del Este. And the Romani minority is many times their target. Y la minoría Rom gitana es muchas veces su blanco predilecto.

I have had various crimes committed against me, from attempted robbery, 2 assaults (one race motivated, both by whites), burglaries, etc. Most of the perpetrators have been white, a couple black. I am Rromani Gypsy.

It depends on what is the lower class in the city/country you reside in, especially if said lower class is large and if said class has a long history of institutionalized racism.
