@jaftem wow what you sayed changed my life lol. lately when i found out about new world order, population reduce and other stuff, i was worried and skeptical too much. i will try to live my life until the end. we were born to live, death is a passage to the spirtual eternity.

You can also throughout the day just notice your state of being by, for eg, by noticing each step you take while walking. Notice your sense of being, and the feeling that which u are experiencing.
