I love that "ball pass" exercise (even though currently I can only do 5 of them), and the ball squat against the wall. Thanks for making these. I have this one plus 5 of your others and I'm doing all of them in sequence.

I love your exercises there really for beginner yet I feel they work it love you I will buy a ball next time love the five minutes work out doesn't make you bored for feeling it will take so long would like you to add 5 min workout for the fat in our but and backs thank alot have a wonderful work out byebye.
