I disagree, The girl is really cute and very funny. The Japanese makino wasn't that funny. The Korean drama is better in my opinion, more emotions more feelings,more fun:)

I 10000% agree. Korean version is 10000% better than the japanese one in nearly every aspect. the girl is reli cute n vivid while the japanese one is not beautiful at all...though she's not very natural when she pretended to be cute in the first n second episodes,she's better now.

I liked this version better too... Although I did not really like the Japanese version much I think I liked the Taiwanese version because it was my personal first impression of HYD and F4. I mean I have not read the manga before watching the Taiwanese version. I still like JVKV but not as much anymore. I like Hyun Joong now.

I like all versions of Hana Yori Dango... I can't get sick of the basic plot line and the variation each version has taken on it makes me enjoy watching them all. However I was very surprised with the Korean version, I didn't expect it to be so good.. they really took advantage of the melodrama lol.. as they should since K-dramas are good at that compared to any other dramas I've ever watched XD.. but overall I equally enjoy the other versions including that OLD anime of HYD.
