Some people are commenting in regards to giving importance and honor to animal specially by Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h). They think that either it is a wastage of time to do that with animal or they are unable to understand the importance of ethics and values.
Paying respect is not a phenomenon with humans only, animals and even plants according to new research are affected by it. If you are loving and respecting towards animals like horse, dog, dolphin etc, then these animals also respect you.
