I don't think it's right that you should be taxed on your winnings. The winnings are hard enough to earn. The fucking house takes a certain percentage. Everybody is so fucking greedy. Look at Tom Dwan. The guy won over 6 million and lost it all just recently! Now he owes over 2 million in taxes! WTF? He just lost all his winnings how can u tax him on money he doesn't have?!?!?!??!!?!!!?!?!?!? Arrr this makes me mad.

i write my legislatures in KS but not sure it does any good. and yet im someone they should listen to, cause i voted for them, for i too was a right wing conservative, in favor of Bush, the war in Iraq, prolife, opposed to gay marriage, etc. just dont see eye to eye with them on this issue. yes slots machines are bad, but certainly not poker, pokers a game of skill, and those who dont gamble just dont understand the difference.

Also, the choice of the sites that chose to ban US players (Party, ect) is purely up to them, and I believe to their detriment. It is still possible to play on reputable sites (Ultimate Bet, Full Tilt, ect.), and I do. The only thing that this bill changed is how you are able to deposit money into your account.

Actually it was Sen Bill Frist that pushed this bill(although you KNOW Bush isn't going to veto it). Now I'm not exactly a fan of Bush, but I think it's always better to give proper credit where credit is due. I wouln't want to deny Frist any rightfully earned recognition.
