I am fighting the Guv-a-ment

Are you freakin' kidding me? The Virginia Dept. of Taxation is sending me bills for $10 and $147 saying I didn't make employee withholding payments in (drumroll) 2005?!?
Yet my bank statements show I did?
Um, I have a problem with that. In the business world we would call that FRAUD.
Can you imagine what my clients would say if I called them and said, "You owe me $10 from 2005 but I can't tell you where or why you owe me that but it's up to you to prove you don't owe me."
They would say, "Wow you suck as a professional, you're fired!"
So heck no, I'm not going to pay taxes twice!
I wonder how MANY other people state-wide received such bills and are just going to pay it.
