  • The only thing the spotter would do is to help with the weight a bit. The lifter does not fall apart, you know.

  • Why the hell you do that with 125kg? I guess u cannot even do good quats with that weight if i look at your legs...

  • First, try to lift more than 200kg without straps. Vasko can do it. Second, Vasko can squat 165kg with perfect form. Third, don't guess.

  • @Sean2846 i had the same problem.. i recomend just doin light weight for a little untill you get used to it.. Before i could barely stand just the bar on my shoulders but now from doin it often i can do alot more. Just a suggestion(:

  • Najee-You have a foul mouth, and are wrong. The spot is good, the weight was not in danger of "falling". So grabbing or pulling the bar might take it away from the lifter, and then it really could fall. The lift on the ribs doesn't disrupt balance or take the bar out of the lifter's control.

  • Hold the weight asshole, what good is to hold his ribcage? That's not going to stop the weight falling.

  • Impressive, you guys make it look so easy, i wonder how many months/years of training it took Vasko to do that.

    Ive never done lunges before, but do you guys think its possible to train up to be able to do it with 20kg for 40 reps within 2 months?

  • The spotter is to offer lower back support and Lunges are a great exercise! I bet he's and extremely explosive and dynamic athlete

  • this excersise is more about alignment than strength. He keeps his spine in good straight alignment.

  • i disagree. There is no part of the body we cannot craft or train with enough training.
