Man, I thought lifting such heavy weight would make a person 'bigger'. How wrong I was. Time to reconsider my own training regimen!

Bigger muscles are good specially for vertical jump! Ones you see the data, the ratio of strength to muscle is astoundingly exponential!
The bigger the weight the higher you get up! Look up AC barch he is stronger than Ronnie Coleman, has 55 inch run up vertical. Ronnie Coleman is a power lifter, that is he uses so heavy weight to build muscles. Lighter weights in higher reps are nothing in muscle building. High rep is 12 reps using 75 % your max.
