Their only requisite to be included on their phony list, was a bachelor degree in any field of science or engineering. By that same requisite, there are 13 million scientists in the U.S. 31,000 is 0.24% of 13 million.

That means the Oregon Petitition is less than one quarter of one percent of the scientists in the U.S.
