I think Zuzana a great sense of self esteem. It takes a hell of a lot of discipline to make your body look this good and if you visited the site you would see she is proud of her work. She is putting all her workouts up to help those of us who want to learn to be more fit, she is inspirational especially to women who often feel they need to just be skinny. If you don't have anything nice to say just don't want the videos.

Sorry it's not clear to me, 10 reps of each 4 exercises and 5 sets of each? If so, I think I am a lot fitter than you, maybe it was 20 reps? Was there some rest interval? Can't really compare times otherwise!

Five sets of four different exercises. I agree, it would be helpful Zuzana, if you would always let us viewers know exactly how many reps you're doing in your vids. Maybe it's to our comfort level? Catsincages - did you claim to be fitter than Zuzana before or after you completed the exercises? And no, there are no rests to my knowledge.
