Sir i have a problem..ive set my ps3 fine its colored up to the menus...but when i start a game like Armyoftwo:40th day...the color is black and white...i have a CRT tv..kinda old i dont think its the cables since the menu is perfectly colored..its just that when i start the game it becomes BandW

i have a little issue with mine atm, i used to have a full HD TV then i switched to a HDMI ready, so what i did was switch my video settings from 1080p to 1080i and now my screan seems to be zoomed in or something.. im only picking up half the screen. for example when a friend comes online, the msg is cut out... any advice?

@SpArTaN691000 probably the try settings stretching it out. To test, select only 80p and 720p.

so you connect your ps3 to your tv via HDMI. But where do you connect the logitech x-530 (your speakers) to? You cant connect the digital out optical to your logitech x-530. The x-530 has a green, orange and black connector. Where do i plug them in?

To sunnyboy: you need to plug one end from the optical cable to the back of your tv and the other end to your speaker system!!!

Hi there, ok i got a problem here...i want to use my wireless head set and my ps3 with a optical cable with the same surround sound system but the ps3 and the surround sound system only got 1 slot each for the optical cable so what i tryed is a 3 way adapter for optical cables which i plugged a optical cable from ps3 in the adapter and my surround sound and my heat set in the 3 way adapter so i got sound in my head set but nothing is coming out of the surround system, its coming out of the tv

I use the bottom one... But i live in england so if you buy a ps3 here, thats what you get an AV MULTI / SCART

@SpArTaN691000 that's probably not the irresolution. Look for a setting to adjust aspec ratio and set to 16:9 or Just Scan.

1080 is more than 50%. You don't count 1080 - 720 = 320 more. 1080 means 1080 lines of pixels. Each line has 1920 pixels. that's 2082240 pixels. 720 is 720 lines of pixels. Each line usually has 1280 pixels. That's 921600 pixels. That means 1080p has 2.25 more pixels than 720p. that's over 100% more pixels. 1080p is underestimated. Do not listen to people who say you can;t tell the difference between 720 and 1080. YOU CAN! Thanks for the video :)
