Court declares 'Allah' ban invalid

In a landmark judgment, the Kuala Lumpur High Court presented the Catholic Church a belated Christmas present by ruling that the Home Ministry's blanket ban on the use of the word 'Allah' is illegal.

In making the decision to allow the motion by the Catholic Church to set aside the ban, High Court judge Lau Bee Lan stated that the minister's order is illegal, null and void.

Reply to ann8896: Does not the Muslim-Allah creating Jesus directly by way of his mother, Mary, without having an earthly biological-father sound just as "unbelievable" as the Christian-Allah creating an earthly-extension of Himself in the form of Jesus, aka, "His Son" ?. If Islam is not a self-contradictory religion, then the Muslim Allah will not command Muslims to fight "holy" wars in His name. The all-powerful Muslim Allah can certainly do the killings of the Kafir-enemies all by Himself alone. So how many pious Muslims really believe in the attributes of the all-powerful Muslim Allah?. The "holy" verses were invented by the Islamic regime in order to label the "holy" wars as "official & legal" for the killings of their Kafir-enemies, the Islam-free people.

Recently we keep hearing the phobia from the Islamic regime that they want to implement a blanket ban on all Christian proselytizing activities in the presence of the official Melayuism-Muslims. Be it so that they also impose a ban on proselytizing by the Islamic regime to the Kafir (Islam-free) communities, either intentionally or unintentionally and all Islamic activities must be labelled "For Muslims Only" to prevent unsuspecting Kafirs from falling victim to the Islamic proselytizing agenda.

Please stick to the fact that the word 'God' in the EARLIEST manuscripts of the Bible is archeologically proven to be in Hebrew as 'Yahweh' in the Old Testament and in Greek as 'Theos' in the New Testament. So, the pastor should have publicly displayed a Bible based on the earliest manuscripts of the OT in Hebrew and of the NT in Greek instead of displaying an Arabic translated Bible. Very often, corrupt politicians have been found truly zealous in the use of the name of the Almighty Allah or the name of His Majesty the King in order to justify their racially discriminating political actions. Negative outcomes can be seen in the downfall of evil dynasties and monarchies in the past which had sustained themselves under such racist "social-contract" systems. No self-respecting politician would use these same old dirty tactics to gain popularity from his own abusive supporters.

The annoying loudspeaker sounds of the Azan call to prayer and its modification with the additional high volume Koranic reading just before it have eternally made the Islamic communities a lot of enemies from the Kafir races whether or not the Muslims are in the majority or minority population. The Muslim Allah should have given the Muslims a divine revelation to the invention of the alarm clock and then later the computer for their convenience of presetting the Azan or Sahur calls individually.

All Kafir religious proselytizing should be allowed in all nations of the world with the exception of the regime of Islam. Any follower of Kafir religions is not politically trapped in the religion that he or she has chosen to embrace except the regime of Islam. Therefore should there be any banning of religious proselytizing in any country, Islam should be targeted as the one regime that needs to be urgently and forever banned from all proselytizing activities before the dangerous trap set-up.

The Kafir citizens of Malaysia know very well that the Muslim Malay's Melayuism-Islam had been constitutionalised very similar (in form and practice) to the Saudi Arabia's Wahabism-Islam. That is, Muslims get special rights over the other Kafir races socially and politically within the same society. The only major difference between these two schisms is that the Wahabi-Muslim males get an additional dose of special rights over the Wahabi-Muslim females.
