Author Michael Vandeburg wrote this book about the 1939 Statutes at Large. Congress created permanent rights and liabilities in it that can still be claimed today. Vandeburg outlines these rights that established in his opinion the legal right to use marijuana in the United States.
so now what, if it is legal, and proven on the paper how come they keep saying it is illegal what are the lawers for then, they should no this, someone needs to do something that has knowledge on this stop feds from arresting, it is time.

the benefits of marijuana go beyond a relief smoke or even curing cancer...you can use every part of the plant for all the necessities! fuel, clothes, paper -- 4 acres of hemp = 40 acres of trees!! i <3 that fact =]
