By trying to suggest a pose at 7:40 with a different pose, you are completely missing the point of yoga. Yoga is not meant for just strengthening muscles or body. Each pose affects the body and the mind and certain systems in a deeper way along with the order of poses. There is a deeper science then what is seen in the muscles. Please consult a Yoga teacher who understands Sanskrit and is familiar with how the scriptures have explained it. Check out divyayoga (dot) com.

I think that this is an awesome service the NIH provides to the public. This was an amazing study. I appreciate the intense scientific research that was done in order to prove the effectiveness of yoga. I also wanted to say that I love the NCCAM section of the NIH.
