President Barack Obama gives speaks during a rally on healthcare at the Comcast Center at the University in College Park, Maryland, September 17, 2009 Thousands of supporters turned out Thursday, some waiting for hours from sunrise, to hear President Barack Obama speak about his proposed healthcare reforms. Also the President was introduced by student Rachel Peck as he holds a rally on health insurance reform.
