Wolfgang - Troedler Abraham 1971

Groovy, very rare clip of the lovely Wolfgang from Austria (my first pop star crush !) performing his weird and wonderful folk/pop tale 'Troedler Abraham' in the fab low budget early 70s slapstick comedy 'Die Tollen Tanten Schlagen Zu' (1971), a kind of German equivalent to the British 'Carry On' films. :)

high, yeah, uploaded it for the song really as it seems to be the only remaining visual footage of Wolfgang performing this song. My first pop star crush at the age of 7 ! (...always thought I was born too late...!!!!) Also the first 'pop song' I ever got into and very proud of it too as it's wonderfully obscure and unusual folk/pop with great, bizarre lyrics about a 'junk shop' guy, rather than just your usual 'lovy dovy' pop song ! ;)
