Fantastic footage from Belgian TV : Michel Polnareff at his home in Neuilly, where he plays the intro of the piece that will become known as "Voyages" on the "Polnareff's'" album one year later, followed by an untitled instrumental
This was filmed as a promo for the concerts that Michel did at the Ancienne Belgique in December 1969

  • That's quite a mystery, Buggeroffall. When he flew to the USA where he basically became a tax refugee in the mid 70s, Ahmed Ertegun signed him to Atlantic Records but his US career somehow got limited to the "Michel Polnareff" album in 1975 (he did appear once on American Bandstand but this excellent album was a flop over there) and the "Lipstick" soundtrack. At least, he got a hit single in clubs with "Lipstick".

  • How did this guy never reach the USA scene in the 1960's? No one at that time was like him. Very original. Who the hell decided on the English title "Soul Coaxing" for French title "Ame Caline" ??
