If she ever gets to the supreme court, I really hope that she puts a cunt hair in Clarence Thomas' coke in the interest of ironic justice.

Cock-face, having a Bronx accent or a speaking with an accent isn't a Hispanic trait. She is already speaking English and not Spanish. Should we shun her for not answering all the questions in Spanish too? Dumb ass. She is a symbol of hope if anything. Pulling each other down only hurts and doesn't help anything. I can't believe she will get confirmed after all these hearings. She didn't answer one single question and went back on almost all of her sayings and quotes from earlier in her career. Not to mention that she claims herself to be a "baby" of affirmative action (in regards to Princetona and Yale). What a disgrace!

Okay stupid pay attention!! She is a baby of affirmative action not because she didn't have the merit to enter (otherwise she wouldn't have passed her courses!!) but she is a baby of affirmative action because DESPITE her merit those racist, over-privileged whites would have kept her out if the law and affirmative action didn't prevent it. I mean are you like 16 and not getting history lessons in your school.

Were you born yesterday? This is how confirmation hearings work. The nominee almost never answers a question directly. It's nothing new. And if she got this far in the process she is probably quite clever about how to handle these things. The justices become opinionated once confirmed; and she will be confirmed. So stay tuned.

Thank goodness that Sen Kohl wouldn't let her get away with that BS. He tried to make her answer the question after all that crap she spewed but she was still too dumb to just give a real answer. It wasn't even a hot topic issue like abortion or illegal immigration. It was freaking cameras! How hard is it to say yes or no. Obviously she wants them to up her publicity but she won't say it
