Earthquakes and Bad Hair

Thanks for checking out this week's "Wheelhouse Talks" video. We are trying to bring some levity to some serious issue: seismic safety and the proliferation of mullets. In this week's video we discuss the CAPSS (Community Action Plan for Seismic Safety) program, which aims to reduce the loss of life and property in the event of a large earthquake as well as ensuring that San Francisco is economically up and running as soon as possible after an earthquake.
